Product Description of PP packing belt production equipment:
High output, the finished product line speed can reach 200-350m/min.
This PP strapping production line is used to produce fully
automatic PP strapping and manual PP strapping for packaging.
The strap width is 5 ~ 19mm and the thickness is 0.4 ~ 1.2 mm.
The equipment adopts an intelligent PLC Chinese/English version
control system, which is simple and easy to understand, beautiful
and generous, sturdy and durable, long life, and low failure rate.
The equipment has an exclusive parameter memory system, which can
store data after each specification is produced, and the parameters
can be directly adjusted during the next production.
The extrusion screw material of the PP strapping equipment is
38CrMoALA, and the metering extruder is particularly suitable for
the production of high-end PP strapping. The extruder adopts a
hopper-type automatic feeding system to make the performance of the
extruder more stable. All units are driven by variable frequency
motors and automatic intelligent temperature control systems to
achieve energy-saving effects.
