1. Feeding to → 2.mixing raw materials→ 3. pre-drying→ 4. Vacuum dehumidification of raw materials→ 5. raw materials melting extrusion→ 6. material embryo expression(with embryo) cooling molding → 7.preheat the oven→ 8. firstly stretching → 9. secondly streching → 10. embossing → 11. tempering oven→ 12. cooling → 13.winding to finished product

2. even plasticization and stable extrusion with PLC automatic control for the whole line.
3. as per different requirements, changing a coating materials for making strap has better and special function. For example, the strap for packing cotton can be from enhancing the breaking strength and joint strength when welding strap.
4. Melt filter with two pistons with air venting design amd back flushing.
5. Production line just need 1-2 workers ,suit to 24 hours moving per day.
6. Finished product: width: 9-32 mm, thickness: 0.4-1.2mm.
