This utility model mainly uses a special screw to make good plasticization and extrudes PP packing tape sheet through extrusion die head/tools, which is widely used in packing light goods such as doors and windows,
curtain walls on aluminum panels, cartons and other light goods
through die heads with different cross-sections.
Polypropylene drawing grade raw material enters the hopper through
the dryer and then enters the barrel, the screw contacts with the
pellets and the rotating screw forcefully pushes the die head in
the direction of the spiral groove. Due to the small gap between
the screw barrel, the granule material is subjected to great
pressure from the hot body in the forward process;
