Automatic screen filter changer: We use an automatic screen filter changer, does not need stopping
to change of it
Die head:According to the machine to use different die head, 4 output straps
making machine can be used to produce 4 moulds with embryo straps
at the same time
3.Cooling tank: cool down the embryo straps(The best temperature makes 20 degrees
below )
Stretching part: Instantly extends the embryo straps to 10-12 times its lengt,then
it undergoes a second stretching to make the packing straps shape
with uniform width and thickness
Shaping part: Re-shaping to reduce the probability of deformation after winding
Printer machine: you can printer anything on the straps in this part
Winder: rewinding the strapping produced by the machine
