Raw Materials------ The equipment can use virgin polypropylene (PP) granules or
recycled materials to produce strapping, meeting the production
needs of different customers and ensuring uniform color and stable
performance of the strapping.
High-Precision Screw------- Utilizing a high-quality screw from a well-known brand with
exclusive parameter design, it boasts advantages such as high
extrusion volume, excellent plasticizing performance, high
hardness, and wear resistance. Equipped with a quantitative
extrusion system, the produced strapping has uniform width and
thickness with minimal error, fully meeting national strapping
acceptance standards.
Advanced Dies------- The dies are precisely cut using imported CNC machine tools. High-precision dies ensure stable strapping forming, with width
and thickness errors controlled within national standards,
effectively improving product quality consistency.
