This equipment is capable of utilizing 100% recycled PP materials, or alternatively, brand-new virgin polypropylene resins for
production. With its broad range of compatible raw materials and
controllable production costs, the system effectively meets diverse
manufacturing requirements. The resulting PP strapping bands have a
wide scope of application, primarily used for bundling appliances,
logistics cargo, factory goods, apparel, hardware, produce (such as
fruit), and e-commerce shipments, thereby ensuring the safe transit

MAIN CPMPONENTS
PLC system----The equipment adopts an intelligent PLC Chinese/English version control system, which is simple and easy to understand,
beautiful and generous, sturdy and durable, long life, and low
failure rate. The equipment has an exclusive parameter memory
system, which can store data after each specification is produced,
and the parameters can be directly adjusted during the next
production.
Oven----Constant temperature intelligent oven, with multiple heating tubes
inside, uses electricity to generate heat energy, reaches the set
temperature, and automatically stops heating, with low power
consumption and less loss.
Winding machine----can be matched with automatic winding machine (automatic roll
changing, automatic tape cutting, automatic stop), servo motor
control, no manual operation required.

MAIN COMPONENTS:
Extruder------ Heats and melts PP raw material (polypropylene
pellets or recycled material) and extrudes it into a shape through
a screw.
Extrusion Die------ Molten PP passes through a die to form a strip,
which determines the width and thickness of the strapping belt.
Cooling Water Tank: Rapidly cools and shapes the hot strip,
ensuring its strength and surface smoothness.
Stretching System------- Longitudinally stretches the strip using
multiple sets of heated and pulling rollers (a hot stretching
process), increasing its tensile strength and toughness.
Embossing Device--------- Imprints patterns or logos on the strip
surface, increasing friction and aesthetics.
Reel: Winds the finished strapping tape into a roll, typically
equipped with automatic roll-changing and cutting functions.
