TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

• Automatic computer control winding disk diameter and length of the winding.
• Winding parameters, cable parameters can be set according to the product specifications by computer.
• Servo motors are used to control the width and spacing of winding displacement.
• Straps entrance with protection device.
• Torque arm directly separately checks the location and pneumatic plug to maintain the tension of straps.
  

FEATURES

1. The expansion tape reel can fix the paper core firmly, which is convenient to install the paper core and to remove the finished product at the same time.
2. The torque motor is adopted, so that the strength of the winding remains unchanged, the strength of the whole roll is even, and the winding is more tidy.
3. The use of a unique return tooth shaft makes the two sides of the packing belt flat and the whole roll is knife-cut.
4. Equipped with imported code counter, buzzer, PLC intelligent control system, setting length, advance reminder, and automatic stop.
5. The width that can be distributed: 9, 12, 13.5, 15 and other slotted gears, so that the packing belts are arranged neatly, no overlapping phenomenon, and no horn shape, so that the packing belts maintain a good straightness, more It is suitable for automatic balers to ensure that the delivery is in place, without dropping or jamming.
6. One winder is equipped with 2 sets of winding reels.
